OC January 25th
“But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,”
Galatians 1:15 KJV
Using the King James translation Chambers expands on this verse, and more specifically the section - “when it pleased God.”
Quotes from the devotional:
“As servants of God, we must learn to make room for Him – to give God “elbow room.” . . . The way to make room for Him is to expect Him to come but not in a certain way.”
“Suddenly - God meets out life - ‘…when it pleased God…’”
“Live in a constant state of expectancy, and leave room for God to come in as He decides.”
Be in touch with God. Expect him to show up, but don’t put Him in a box. Be ready for Him to come from any and all angles. He is working on His ways, and on His time - NOT MINE!
