A great devotional for children (and parents)

If you are in search of a devotional and have kids that are curious about science, nature etc, this is a good one. We will read 2 to 4 a night and I get just as much out of it as the kids do. It is called "Indescribable" by Louie Giglio. He relates science to scripture. 

One we read tonight is about fireflies and how and why they light up. That there are over 2000 species and have different colors and different flashing patterns. It helps them know who they belong to and for the guys to attract the girls...

He then relates it to the light inside us. How believers need to let it shine so that others may see His light so that we can share our faith and the good news that Jesus brought the world. 

I have talked a lot with family, friends, the guys I do bible study with - don't complicate your faith. His message is not complicated and caring for, and loving others enough to share your faith shouldn't be either. 

This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine!

For God so loved the world, He gave His one and only Son. That whoever believes in Him, will not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
