I sometimes wonder if people are curious regarding the logo for my company. The Anchor. Most people would see that I do not have a passion for boating, and I am not consistently selling waterfront properties. When we worked with Ardent Creative to come up with the design, some of the things I wanted to be conveyed in the logo were that we are a dependable group and that we are a group centered in faith in Jesus Christ. 

Regarding relating to the Real Estate industry - the shank of the anchor is a pin drop: your location.
Regarding stability/dependability - the anchor holds a boat firm while at rest or in rough waters.
Regarding our faith in Jesus Christ - the anchor symbolizes Him. How Jesus is our anchor. How his promise of eternal life is a hope that we can depend on, through belief in Him, and his deity. 

Our slogan is "REST Assured", which speaks to confidence in our service, a home symbolizing a place of rest and security, and also our assurance in the hope in Jesus Christ. REST is an acronym of our core values: Respect, Excellence, Service and Trust.

"This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary." Hebrews 6:19

The previous verses in the chapter speak of God's promises. How God cannot lie, and therefore what He has said is true. Being anchored to His word and the hope found in that comfort brings joy and peace to believers. 

The Good News of Jesus Christ promises that "everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
